- The auto automatic transmission oil changer adopts the latest process design and injects new oil into the automatic transmission while the old oil is output. This way not only ensures safe and efficient oil change of the automatic transmission but also makes it thoroughly maintained.
- Four flexible universal casters with 360-degree rotation, two of which can be locked, can be easily fixed in the workstation or other positions, and help reduce the physical strength when moving. Two handles that conform to human mechanics are comfortable to hold and more labor-saving to push.
- The ATF transmission fluid exchanger is equipped with various special connectors, which can clean various types of automatic transmissions produced in Europe, the United States, and Japan. The quick connector is used to connect the radiator pipe of the gearbox, which is easy and fast to operate.
Operation Instructions
Step 1: Prepare for the first time to use
Check the accessories whether they are missing/damaged or not. 2) Fill up new transmission oil (around 12kg) into the new tank, keeping the waste oil bottle empty.
Step 2: Fill up oil from external tank
Insert the transparent connecting tube into the new external oil drum point the switch “valve 1” to the “Exchanging” position, and switch “valve 2” to the “Extracting” position. 2) Connect the power cord to a fully charged 12V battery. 3) Turn on the power switch to start extract oil from the external tank.
Step 3: Cycle cleaning
- Make sure that the car is braking and lift the car safely.
- Disconnect an ATF oil pipe that is convenient for disassembly and assembly on the car.
- Find suitable connectors from the box and connect the red and blue oil pipes to the two ends of the removed oil pipe respectively.
- Start the engine briefly and judge the direction of oil in and out.
- Connect the oil outlet pipe of the car to the oil return pipe, and connect the oil inlet pipe of the car to the oil outlet pipe.
- Connect a short transparent tube to the external oil inlet. Open the cleaning solution and insert the other end of the transparent short tube into the cleaning solution.
- Point the machine’s valve 1 to the “Exchanging” position, and valve 1 to the “Extracting” position.
- Turn on the power switch to start cycle cleaning.
- After the cleaning fluid is completely injected, remove the transparent short tube. Turn off the power switch. Point the machine’s valve 1 to “Cleaning” position, and valve 2 points to the “Exchanging” position.
- Start the engine. At this time, the machine is in cycle cleaning process, and the flow of used oil can be observed from the used oil windows. Switch gears during the cleaning process, each gear stays for about 5-10 seconds, and the cleaning is completed after 5 minutes Turn off the engine.
Step 4: Oil exchange
- After the cycle cleaning is over, point “Valve 1” to the “Exchanging” position, turn on the power switch again, and start to inject new oil into the transmission. When oil flows through the new oil window, start the engine and the automatic gearbox starts to exchange used oil and new oil.
During the oil change process, observe the level of the new and used oil tanks. If the new oil is flowing slower than the used oil, use the valve on the oil return pipe to reduce the flow of the used oil to balance the flow rate of the new and used oil. - Switch the gears during exchanging, each gear needs to stay for about 5-10 seconds.
- Pay attention to the color of used oil by observing used oil window. When the color of the used oil changes from dirty to the same color as the new oil, it means that the used and new oil has been exchanged.
- Turn off the engine and connect the oil pipe of the transmission as it is, then start the engine again, check the transmission oil amount after switching to the P gear. If the oil amount is insufficient, replenish new transmission oil, also pay attention to check whether the pipelines are leaking oil. Test drive for about one kilometer and check again (Very important).
