Track Your Package

Enter your tracking number exactly as it appears in the shipping confirmation email. Most tracking numbers are 10 to 30 characters long and may contain both letters and numbers.

How to Find Your Tracking Number

Shipping confirmation email Check the email sent after your order is dispatched. The tracking number is normally shown in the shipment confirmation section.
Order support message If your order shipped in multiple parcels, each parcel may have its own tracking number in a separate follow-up email or support reply.

Tracking Status Guide

Label CreatedYour shipment record has been created and is waiting for the first carrier scan.
In TransitThe package is moving through the carrier network between facilities.
Out for DeliveryThe parcel is on the final delivery route and is expected to arrive that day.
DeliveredThe carrier has marked the package as delivered to the destination address.

Tracking Notes

  • Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after the shipment confirmation email is sent.
  • International shipments may pause temporarily while parcels are transferred between countries or processed through customs.
  • If the latest scan has not changed for more than 5 business days, contact our support team so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
  • Tracking results depend on the carrier data feed. Some regional last-mile updates may appear later than the initial dispatch scan.
