⚠️Warm Tips

• If the battery has been deeply discharged for an extended period (e.g., due to sulfuric acid buildup), the repair mode can be used to recharge it. This activates the sulfuric acid density to its maximum, addressing sulfur layer degradation.
• Repair mode may damage vehicle electronics. Always remove the battery from the vehicle before using repair mode. Successful repair depends on the degree of vulcanization in the battery.
• Use repair mode carefully, as it may cause fluid loss or drying inside the battery.

⚠️EFB Battery Usage Instructions

• EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery) contains liquid electrolyte that is prone to boiling, and overheating during charging may cause fire or explosion. For safety reasons, the In-car Charging mode does not include an option for EFB batteries.
• If your battery is an EFB type, please remove it from the vehicle and select the External Charging mode for charging.

Features and Applications

The EM385 highlights its adjustable charging power and 4.3-inch touchscreen, while the EM355 and EM365 lack adjustable charging power and have 2.8-inch, non-touchscreen displays. The EM365 and EM385 offer a vehicle display mode, while the EM355 does not.

In terms of compatible battery types, the EM385 adds lithium iron phosphate batteries to the EM355 and EM365.

Charging and Power Supply Capabilities

In terms of power supply and charging parameters, the EM385 has a wider programmable power supply voltage range of 9V to 16V, compared to 10.8V to 16V for the EM355 and EM365.

The EM385 supports lithium battery charging and an adjustable power supply, while the other two models do not. The EM385 also boasts a higher lead-acid battery charging current of 40A at 12V, compared to 20A at 12V for the EM355 and EM365.

The EM365 and EM385 have a starting current/voltage of 400A at 12V (not supported by the EM355).

The EM365 and EM385 also have a higher programming current of 150A (compared to 120A for the EM355).

The EM355 has a rated input power of 1200W, while the EM365 and EM385 have a rated input power of 1500W.
