•  1. Cylinder Testing Capacity

The FN608 supports testing for 8 cylinders, while the FN606 supports testing for 6 cylinders.

• 2. Pump Configuration

The FN608 is equipped with two independent fuel pumps, each corresponding to a separate fuel rail (left and right). Both pumps operate independently during testing — if one pump fails (e.g., the left pump), only the corresponding fuel rail is affected, while the other continues to function normally. This dual-pump system ensures greater reliability and uninterrupted testing. The FN606, on the other hand, has a single fuel pump, meaning that if it fails, the entire system stops working until the pump is replaced.

The FN608 supports testing for 8 cylinders, while the CT500 supports testing for 6 cylinders. This makes the FN608 more suitable for high-capacity or multi-cylinder engine injectors.

The FN608 features a heating cleaning tank capable of maintaining a constant temperature up to 50°C, which significantly improves cleaning efficiency and performance. In contrast, the CT500 does not support heating, offering a more basic cleaning function.

• 3. Voltage Settings

The FN608 supports multiple voltage ranges — 12V, 12–70V, and 120–180V — making it compatible with a wider variety of injector types. The CT500, however, supports only 12V, 70V, and 120V, providing more limited voltage adaptability.

• 4. Cleaning Tank Design

The FN608’s cleaning tank can be used independently or together with the main unit, providing greater flexibility for maintenance and cleaning. The CT500’s cleaning tank is integrated with the main body and cannot be used separately, limiting its independent operation.

The CT450 features ultrasonic cleaning with heating up to 50°C, whereas the CT400 and CT500 do not have a heating function, making CT450 more effective for thorough injector cleaning.

• 1. Supported Injector Types

CT200 only supports 12V standard fuel injectors, whereas CT400 supports both 12V standard and GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection) injectors, making it compatible with a wider range of injector types and vehicles.

• 2. Accessory Storage Design

CT200 does not have dedicated accessory storage, while CT400 features a drawer for injector adapters and other accessories, providing more convenient organization and storage.

• Both the CT150 and CT160 are designed for cleaning and testing fuel injectors of 4-cylinder gasoline engines.
  The main difference is that the CT160 is equipped with an ultrasonic heating function, while the CT150 does not have this feature.
• Compared with the CT150, the CT200 simply adds two more testing cylinders (6 in total), while the other functions remain the same.
• If you only need a tester for 12V gasoline fuel injectors, the CT160 is an excellent choice.
  However, if you need to test GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection) high-pressure injectors, we recommend choosing CT400, CT450, CT500, FN606, or FN608 for better compatibility and performance.

Both the CT160 and CT450 feature a cleaning fluid heating function, with the CT160 capable of heating up to 45 degrees Celsius and the CT450 capable of heating up to 50 degrees Celsius.

CT160/CT400/CT450/CT500 all come with a 2L cleaning tank.

The CT150 and CT160 can only detect standard fuel injectors, while the CT200 can detect standard fuel injectors, Standard Fuel Injectors for Toyota and Honda Modified Vehicles. Additionally, the CT400, CT450, and CT500 can all detect Standard Fuel Injectors, GDI, EFI, and FSI Long Fuel Injectors.

The CT400, CT450, and CT500 all come with drawers that can store your accessories.

The CT150 and CT200 have only 3 adapters, the CT160 has 5 adapters, and the CT400, CT450, and CT500 have 9 adapters, which can meet most of your needs.

The CT200, CT400, CT450, and CT500 can test six fuel injectors at once, resulting in higher testing efficiency.

Please help confirm what liquid was added to the device during the fuel injector test. We recommend using specialized fuel injector testing liquid or medical-grade anhydrous alcohol. Adding cleaning liquid to the device for testing can corrode and expand the rubber seals inside the device, leading to leaks at the bottom of the glass tube.In severe cases, this could also damage the oil pump, leading to a lack of pressure and no fuel injection.

It’s normal for ultrasonic function to stop working after a period of use. Our machine has high temperature protection function, when temperature reaches above 70 degrees, it will stop working automatically. It won’t continue work unless it’s cooled enough. But if it does not work for the first time, you need to check the circuit of the ultrasonic motherboard first to see if there is any falling off or loose. Then replug and turn the machine on.

erify that the test fluid has reached the designated position, then press the pressure button continuously and check the pressure gauge for changes.If the pressure gauge shows that there is pressure and still no fuel injection, you need to check whether fuel injector pulse line connect correctly. If the fuel injector is not connected or does not inject fuel, remove the fuel pump and test whether it works normally.

In this case, you can use three plugs to block other fuel distributor interfaces. We have equipped several plugs in the package for your favor.

The maximum speed of AUTOOL injector cleaner and tester can be set to 9999 rpm. It can simulate the real state of the fuel injector of the car engine at low speed, medium speed, and high speed.

Please check the oil drain switch to see if it’s turned over or fail to reset. Then check weather the strong corrosive liquid added into tubes by mistake. it can cause damages in internal pipe seals. If you add a strong corrosive liquid, you need to disassemble the cover plate below the glass tube to check whether the gasket inside has deformed or expanded.

For our machine, the white cleaning adapter used for cleaning must be properly sealed at the connection to the cleaning solution bottle. After that, press the bottle cap of the cleaning solution bottle to perform the fuel injector cleaning test. If the interface is not properly fitted or sealed, running the device will cause the cleaning liquid to spray uncontrollably. We strongly recommend wearing protective goggles while using the machine for safety.
