These units combine ultrasonic cleaning with engine condition simulation, assessing injector performance and helping identify which ones need replacement. Working Principle

AUTOOL Fuel Injector Tester & Cleaner combines ultrasonic cleaning technology with microcomputer oil pressure closed-loop control technology. The CT Series uses a microcomputer control unit to monitor and adjust oil pressure, accurately simulating engine conditions like idle and high-speed operation. Ultrasonic cleaning removes carbon and sludge from injectors, while closed-loop control ensures stable pressure and precise testing. This combination improves both cleaning results and work efficiency. GDI-compatible models feature advanced drive technology to simulate direct injection engines. With three voltage drive modes, the CT Series supports injectors from major car brands in Europe, America, and Asia, offering excellent compatibility and performance.

⚠️ Must Read Before Use

1. Regarding the test solution, we recommend using a 75%-99% alcohol solution for testing, i.e., ordinary medical alcohol is sufficient. If unavailable, kerosene can also be used for testing.
2. Regarding the cleaning solution, we recommend purchasing a specialized injector cleaning solution for cleaning, as this will achieve better cleaning results. You can search for cleaning solutions using the following keywords: automotive injector ultrasonic cleaning solution.
3. Finally, please note that you must not use cleaning solution for testing, as this will severely damage the internal components of the machine and cause malfunctions.
4. After using the machine, please promptly drain all liquids from the machine to better maintain it.

🔔 Warm Tips

Note: Diesel injectors only supported for cleaning, not testing.
For ultrasonic cleaning fluid, please use professional engine carbon cleaning fluid.
Please use professional injector test fluid and avoid corrosive cleaning fluids, as they can damage the equipment. If you test the injector with a cleaning fluid and cause damage, you will be responsible for the repair costs.
Before using the ultrasonic cleaning function, add the carbon cleaning fluid first. Do not run the equipment without adding the fluid, as it may damage the ultrasonic motherboard.
When you test a single injector you simply need to plug only the other 5 cylinders, so the CT500 comes with five plugs.

Ultrasonic Cleaning Function

Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with ultrasonic vibration to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.
No-disassembly cleaning: Direct cleaning without disassembling the injectors. This function is an additional function that requires special adapters.

Test Function

Idle Speed Test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
Medium Speed Test (0-7.5ms): Simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
High-Speed Test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector.
Acceleration Test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector.
Variable Speed Test: Simulate the variable Speed of the car and test the working performance of the fuel injector.
Leak Test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector.
Idle Speed Sprayability Test: Simulate the engine idling state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
Simulate the engine’s medium-speed state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
High-Speed Sprayability test: Simulate the high-speed state of the engine and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
Flow Balance Test: Perform flow balance tests at different speeds.
Observation of Fuel Injection Shape: Observe whether the fuel injection shapes and angles of all fuel injection nozzles on the same car are uniform at various speeds.
Reverse Flush: Reverse flush is a way to clean the injectors with the test liquid flowing from the outlet to the inlet of the injector. Reverse flush may remove the dirt inside the injector or the injector Strainer (Only for the top fuel supply injector).
Leak Detection Test: The leak detection test is to detect the tightness of the injector needle valve under the high pressure of the system.

Why is my fuel injector cleaner suddenly leaking?

Please help confirm what liquid was added to the device during the fuel injector test. We recommend using specialized fuel injector testing liquid or medical-grade anhydrous alcohol. If cleaning liquid was added to the device for testing, it could cause the rubber seals inside the device to corrode and expand, leading to leaks at the bottom of the glass tube. In severe cases, this could also damage the oil pump, leading to a lack of pressure and no fuel injection.
