AUTOOL CT450 Ultrasonic Fuel Injector Cleaner is an injector cleaning machine with ultrasonic heating. This fuel injector cleaner machine can heat the cleaning solution up to 50℃, providing a highly efficient cleaning function. It supports the cleaning of ordinary injectors, GDI, EFI, and FSI long injectors.
CT450 car injector cleaner machine is a 6-cylinder fuel injector cleaning machine, designed to support high-pressure and long injectors for both cleaning and testing. It features 3 cleaning modes and 10 testing modes, making it a versatile solution for workshop injector maintenance. CT450 ultrasonic fuel injector cleaner equipped with a 28kHz ultrasonic cleaning system effectively removes stubborn carbon deposits. - Note: Diesel injectors only supported for cleaning, not testing.
- Please use professional injector test fluid and avoid corrosive cleaning fluids, as they can damage the equipment. If you test the injector with a cleaning fluid and cause damage, you will be responsible for the repair costs.
- Before using the ultrasonic cleaning function, add the carbon cleaning fluid first. Do not run the equipment without adding the fluid, as it may damage the ultrasonic motherboard.
- When you test a single injector you simply need to plug only the other 5 cylinders, so the CT450 comes with five plugs.

✅How To Choose Testing Fluid?
Regarding test fluid, it is recommended that you use medical alcohol （isopropyl alcohol or ethanol) with a concentration of more than 90%, or professional injector test fluid. Please do not use any fluid containing any corrosive properties for the test. Corrosive liquids can cause damage to the equipment, in which case we will not repair it free of charge.
If the device is not used for a long period of time, it is recommended to recycle the test fluid.

An essential injector test machine for every workshop! I use this test fluid now, because I broke the pump last time I used ultrasonic fluid as the test fluid. I regretted it, but fortunately AUTOOL sent me a new pump for free to repair it. Now everything is working fine. Thank you very much.

Our workshop used this fuel injector cleaning machine to clean the carbon buildup in the intake manifold/EGR connection area, and the results were outstanding!
The inner wall of the component was originally covered with thick oil sludge and carbon deposits, which severely affected the intake efficiency. By connecting the cleaning fluid to the machine and using the air pressure spray function, the carbon was quickly softened and flushed out — all without having to disassemble the engine, which saved a lot of labor time.
After the cleaning, the engine idle became stable again, and throttle response significantly improved.
This machine not only thoroughly cleans fuel injectors, but also supports intake system cleaning — truly an essential piece of professional equipment for any workshop!

With the help of customer service, I chose this ultrasonic cleaning liquid. Please note that ultrasonic liquid cannot be used to test the injector, which will damage the machine. The test liquid should be alcohol.
