AUTOOL CT150 Fuel Injector Tester & Cleaner Machine is a professional 4-cylinder auto fuel injector testing and cleaning machine. It will help us clean and test the injectors of gasoline cars and motorcycles.
Support for more cars and motorcycles. It can only be used to clean diesel fuel injectors. The cleaning fluid is a 3M car injector, and the test fluid is industrial alcohol. Its working voltage range is 110- 230V. CT150 Car Fuel Injector Tester Cleaner has two versions: Russian and English.

How To Use AUTOOL CT150 Fuel Injector Tester & Cleaner
- Step 1: Clean the injector’s outside with cleaning liquid before opening the machine. Putting injectors in the ultrasonic bathtub after the outside of the injector is free of dirt. The cleaning fluid does not exceed the connection port of the pulse line.
- Step 2: Turn on the ultrasonic system, allowing the ultrasonic energy to dislodge any particles that build up inside the injectors. After cleaning, you can recycle the remaining cleaning solution.
- Step 3: Fixed injectors on the main machine, testing injectors for resistance, shorts, and current draw. Add the test solution to half of the glass tube.
- Step 4: Performing leak test, spray pattern, and flow rate testing on the flow bench. The injectors are now returned to the flow bench for retesting of all functions.

How to choose a test fluid?
The test fluid assesses the fuel injector’s performance. It is a colorless, odorless, and non-corrosive liquid that simulates various injector working states. For best results, recommended to use a professional automotive injector test fluid. If not available, medical alcohol with more than 75% alcohol content can be used instead.
How to choose cleaning fluid?
To clean deposits (such as carbon deposits) on fuel injectors, use a cleaning fluid that is highly corrosive and flammable. For the best testing results, opt for a professional injector ultrasonic cleaning fluid. If local options are unavailable, you may use 75%+ medical alcohol as a substitute, but its effectiveness may vary.
Can I use cleaning liquid to test the injectors?
Absolutely not! The cleaning liquid is corrosive and may damage internal machine components, corrode rubber, and cause leaks.
How do I set test parameters?
You don’t need special settings. All you have to do is set the number for the feature and set the test time. The testing process is simple and easy to use.
How to select the correct voltage when using CT400 to test GDI injectors?
Select the voltage according to the injectors to be tested. Gradually increase the voltage from 12V, 70V to 120V, until the injectors function correctly.
When testing GDI injectors with CT400, will the wrong voltage damage the injectors?
In the short term, the wrong voltage won’t cause damage. However, do not apply the wrong high voltage to the injectors for a long time. If the injector does not work properly, please adjust it to the correct voltage in time.

The AUTOOL CT150 is incredibly easy to use—simply secure the fuel injector, add the cleaning solution, and press the switch; the device will run automatically. It works for both my car and my motorcycle, but it cannot be used to test diesel injectors or for diagnostic purposes. The safety fuse gives you peace of mind, and its patented technology makes it a reliable tool for both home users and small repair shops!
This is a nice machine for the money. It seems to be made quite well. The instructions seem to be well written and fairly concise. I really like the machines size and it works quite well. Filling the injector cleaner into the machine is something that needs to be watched carefully. The fluid level on the machines side, has fill indications. If you over fill the small internal tank it will leak all over the bench. This machine will give your injectors a good workout and test them well. A machine like this is great to have if you have fuel injected vehicles. If you take your time and do all of the cycles, your injectors (if they are good) will be really clean if the fluid is well chosen .
