The AUTOOL OD Series Oil Drain Station is specifically designed for draining waste oil from vehicle engines. Equipped with a large funnel and a steel storage tank, it efficiently collects waste fluids such as engine oil, transmission fluid, and coolant, preventing spills and messes. The pneumatic waste oil drain tank features fixed casters and swivel casters for smooth mobility and ease of use. Additionally, both the OD720 and OD760 models come equipped with pneumatic oil extractors powered by compressed air. 🔔 AUTOOL OD Pneumatic Oil Extractor Warm Tips
- No smoking or open flames during operation. Keep away from high-temperature, high-pressure, flammable, and explosive areas.
- Shut off the air supply and inspect for leaks in hoses or components immediately.
- Waste oil temperature is between 40~60°C; be cautious of burns.
- During operation, wear gloves and safety goggles to protect your eyes and hands.
- The engine must remain turned off throughout the operation.
- Strictly prohibited for use with brake oil, gasoline, diesel, and other liquids containing methanol, ketones, or flammable liquids.
- After completing the equipment operation, release the internal pressure, clean the equipment, and avoid equipment damage and personnel injury due to improper operation.
- Do not use the equipment for functions not listed in this manual.
- After extracting waste oil, promptly empty the waste oil from the measuring cup into the storage tank to protect the measuring cup better and extend its service life.
- After emptying the waste oil from the measuring cup, there is no need to close the measuring cup’s drain valve.
FAQs
The oil extraction function has no suction.
If the Pneumatic Oil Extractor function has no suction power, please confirm that the equipment is properly connected to the air source and that the equipment’s valve switches are operated correctly. Then check the pressure gauge; if negative pressure is displayed, it means the oil extraction function is ready to operate. If no negative pressure is displayed, first turn off the switch on the oil extraction handle. Then please check whether the vacuum generator is properly connected to the air source and whether the press valve on the glass measuring cup is closed. A vacuum can only form when the glass cup is sealed.
What is the gas supply pressure?
The required air supply pressure for the OD720 and OD760 is 6-8 bar.

This is a great tool to have if you have a hoist. I have had my OD720 for about 6 months now and love it. The adjustable oil drain pan works great. I can set it lower for taller vehicles that I don’t lift as high or I can set higher when I’m under smaller cars. I have used the extraction function twice and it works well. If I had a stronger air compressor I would use it more since I really like the measuring function when using extraction.
