The AUTOOL HTS559 walnut blasting machine is an advanced car engine carbon deposition cleaning equipment designed to deeply remove carbon deposits from the engine. It helps address issues such as unstable idle speed, incomplete fuel combustion, and increased fuel consumption. The AUTOOL HTS559 Sandblaster features a powerful 1400W motor that delivers strong suction. It uses non-harmful walnut shell abrasive for cleaning, and the integrated filter screen separates the carbon deposits from the walnut shell abrasive, allowing for reuse of the abrasive. With the support of an external air compressor, the machine provides robust sandblasting effects, ensuring thorough cleaning of the intake manifold and valves, ultimately restoring the engine to optimal performance.
- Walnut sand is made from walnut shells, which are processed through strict screening and classification after being broken. It is a walnut extract and serves as a metal polishing medium. Walnut sand has high hardness, high-pressure resistance, and wear resistance, with a microporous surface. It provides strong adsorption and sewage interception ability, and it does not cause corrosion or pollution.
- Using walnut sand as an abrasive will not damage the workpiece’s surface or harm the engine when cleaning carbon deposits. The cleaning effect is remarkable, and the cost is low.

How To Use the AUTOOL HTS559 Walnut Blasting Machine?
- Step 1: Connects the walnut abrasive suction hose and the sandblasting nozzle.
- Step 2: Select the appropriate adapter fitting based on the vehicle’s cleaning area.
- Step 3: Install the nozzle tube, and insert the sandblasting nozzle into the round hole on the suction hose for combined use.
- Step 4: Open the latches at both ends of the machine, remove the machine head cover, take out the filter cartridge, remove the walnut sand, and add 1kg of walnut sand into the stainless bucket. Then, install the filter cartridge and the machine head cover in sequence.
- Step 5: Before cleaning, wear safety goggles. Before and after operating the equipment, spray air for 10 seconds to prevent clogging.
- Step 6: Check the carbon deposit condition, insert the suction adapter into the manifold opening, and complete the cleaning in 1-3 minutes.
