  • Air Compressor Specifications Not Met: First, confirm whether the air pressure meets the requirements. Dry ice cleaning machine needs to be equipped with an air compressor with a power of 7.5KW and a storage tank capacity of 300L to work properly.
  • Incorrect Dry Ice Particles Size: Too big or too small
  • Accessories Damaged: Inspect the dry ice blaster machine for any accessories damaged, such as switches and the mainboard.

How to Resolve Dry Ice Blockage?

Cause: Dry ice blockage is often due to the air compressor specifications not meeting the requirements.

Solution:

  • Remove the dry ice nozzle, let it thaw naturally and then install it again.
  • Replace with an air compressor that meets the specifications.
