Please verify that the paper roll is installed correctly. Inspect the printer’s roller teeth for damage. Confirm that the spindle inside the paper roll remains intact. We recommend replacing the paper roll with a new one and retesting.

Have you conducted comparative tests with other measurement devices? If so, please provide specific test videos or images so we can verify the comparison results. Should our device’s test results be confirmed as inaccurate, we can assist with calibration setup and provide instructional videos for the calibration process.

Please check whether the connection terminals inside the battery tester’s power clamp cable have become disconnected. Since our clamp cable contains two internal wires, a break in either one will prevent the device from powering on.

Please provide a photo of the startup display screen. This issue likely stems from a malfunction in the power switch and motherboard of our device. We recommend avoiding overloading during use (test current must not exceed 10A), as overloading can also cause the device’s self-resetting fuse to blow. We will provide you with a new motherboard and power switch. Replacing these components will resolve the problem.

Please provide an operation video so we can verify how the component activation function displays during operation. As long as the test component does not short circuit, it will activate the component normally. You may also run the component activation function without connecting the test component to check if a protection prompt appears or the device reboots. If this occurs, it indicates the internal self-resetting fuse has blown. We will need to reship a new mainboard to resolve the issue. For future use, please avoid overloading the device (test current must not exceed 10A). Overloading during operation will cause the device’s self-resetting fuse to blow.
