The brake fluid exchanger has 4 large-capacity fluid tanks and 17 adapters, supporting DOT3, DOT4, and DOT5.1 standards, making it compatible with most vehicle models. Its ergonomic design and four rollers make it easy to move, while the digital control panel allows precise adjustment of working time, pulse frequency, and pressure, with a maximum pressure of 3.5 bar. - The brake fluid is pumped from the new fluid container and delivered to the vehicle’s brake fluid reservoir at a specified pressure.
- Then, drain the used brake fluid from each wheel brake caliper in the prescribed sequence until new fluid flows out.
- Compared to traditional pressurized brake fluid bleeders, this automotive brake fluid bleeder effectively prevents air bubbles from forming during the filling process.

How To Use AUTOOL AST618 Car Pulsating Brake Oil Exchanger?
- Note: No need to start the vehicle for the operation.
- Step 1: Raise the car to a suitable height so the drive wheels are not on the ground.
- Step 2: Connect the device’s four oil ports to the car’s brake cylinder. Then, loosen the exhaust screw on the brake cylinder to allow the oil to flow out.
- Step 3: Pour 5 liters of new brake fluid into the equipment’s fuel filler port. Then, find the matching connector to connect to the brake master cylinder’s fuel filler.
- Step 4: Connect to 12V car power and turn on the power switch button.
- Step 5: Press the Vacuum Switch button.
- Step 6: Press the Fuel Switch button to change the brake fluid.
- Step 7: During the oil changing process, look at the car brake oil tank mouth, if the refueling is too slow, press the acceleration switch button on the device to accelerate refueling; if it’s too fast, press the deceleration switch button to slow down.
- Step 8: After the oil change, drain the used oil from the equipment’s tank completely. If not fully emptied, it can damage the vacuum pump and prevent further oil change operations.
