The pump of CT series does not work in the following two possible cases.
1. Please open the back cover of the machine separately and test the engine oil pump separately. Open the back cover, take out the engine pump, and connect the 12V power supply separately to see if it can work.

2. The internal fan blades may be stuck. Please turn the fan blades in the opposite direction several times, then connect the 12V power supply, and then observe whether the machine can work.

The reasons why the cleaner machine failed to test the injectors for the following :
1. The resistance value of the injector is too low, which leads to a short circuit of the injector, and causes the machine to restart.

2. It may be that the nozzle is relatively special, which causes the normal test to fail. Please replace other injectors for testing to confirm whether it is a problem with the machine or the incompatibility between the injector and the product.

3. If there is no problem with the injector, it is possible that one of the pulse lines is damaged and the testing cannot be performed normally. Please test each pulse line separately and check whether each pulse line is in normal use.

4. The injector is working fine and the pulse line is not damaged, which means the machine is probably broken. The machine needs to disassemble to check inside the mainboard and the wiring. Then please kindly provide pictures or videos to us, we will help to solve the problem and get back to you with the best solution ASAP.

There are mainly three reasons for CT series leaking as follows.
  1. Adding too much detergent
  2. Too much pressure when using.
  3. Poor sealing of the test tank of the product itself.If it does not belong to the above reasons, please provide a video for us to further deal with the problem and provide the best solution for you in time.

There are two common cases that the smoker machine fails to output smoke as follows.

1. No smoke is caused by adding too much olive oil or baby oil. So please try to pour out all the test oil first, and then add 10ml of baby oil.
2. If the smoke does not come out because the heating cotton has fallen off, it is necessary to disassemble the machine and reinstall the heating cotton.

Therefore, if you encounter a situation where the machine does not emit smoke, please try the above two solutions.

But if it can’t be solved, please disassemble the machine and kindly provide pictures and videos. I will further handle the problem for you and give a solution as soon as possible.

Please drain the remaining oil in the detector via the Oil outlet.

Then restart the device again, and after it outputs smoke, please add 10ml of test oil to the machine.

Please note: This machine cannot add more than 20ml of test oil.
