This Warranty Policy explains the commercial warranty support offered for eligible AUTOOL products purchased through shop.autooltech.com and, where applicable, through authorized resellers. shop.autooltech.com is operated by Shenzhen Aotu Technology Co., Ltd. under the AUTOOL brand and trademark. This page should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and any product-specific warranty information shown on the relevant product page, packaging, manual, or written sales communication.

Standard Warranty Coverage

Main unit From the date of receipt, the main device is covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.
Included accessories Standard bundled accessories included with the product are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of receipt.
Product-specific terms If a product page, manual, package insert, or written quotation states a different warranty period or a different scope of support, that product-specific term controls for that product.
Commercial warranty only This page describes AUTOOL’s commercial warranty support. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain available in addition to this policy where applicable law requires.

What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing Defects Faults caused by defects in materials, assembly, or workmanship that occur during normal intended use.
Functional Failure Hardware failure, charging failure, screen failure, power issues, or abnormal operation not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification.
Missing or Failed Included Parts Defective bundled cables, clamps, probes, adapters, or similar included accessories within the applicable accessory warranty period.
Technical Review Eligibility is determined after AUTOOL reviews the reported issue, supporting evidence, troubleshooting history, and, where necessary, inspection results.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, improper storage, neglect, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, liquid exposure, fire, flood, lightning, or other external events.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, surface scratches, or consumable parts that naturally degrade through use.
  • Products that have been modified, disassembled, repaired, reflashed, or altered by anyone not authorized by AUTOOL.
  • Damage caused by incorrect voltage, unstable power supply, incompatible accessories, unauthorized software, or unsupported third-party configurations.
  • Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers, labels, or proof-of-purchase details.
  • Second-hand, gifted, or marketplace purchases where the original purchase source cannot be verified, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email aftersale@autooltech.com with your order number, product name or model, serial number if available, and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Attach helpful evidence such as photos, videos, screenshots, or a short demonstration of the fault. If troubleshooting steps were already attempted, include that information.
  3. Wait for our aftersales team’s written reply. We may provide remote troubleshooting, firmware guidance, reset steps, or a request for additional evidence before approving further action.
  4. If inspection or return is required, follow the exact written instructions and approved return address provided by AUTOOL. Do not ship a product back without prior written authorization.

For the fastest handling, use the same email address that was used when the order was placed and include any invoice, order confirmation, or reseller purchase record that helps verify eligibility.

Possible Warranty Remedies

  • Remote troubleshooting: Many issues can be resolved through setup guidance, firmware assistance, or compatibility checks without returning the product.
  • Replacement parts or accessories: Where appropriate, AUTOOL may send a replacement cable, adapter, clamp, or other covered accessory.
  • Repair or replacement: For confirmed warranty defects, AUTOOL may repair the product, replace it with the same model, replace it with a comparable model, or provide another appropriate remedy depending on stock and logistics conditions.
  • Refund handling: In limited cases where repair or replacement is not practical, AUTOOL may discuss refund handling or another commercially reasonable solution consistent with applicable law.

The specific remedy is determined case by case after technical review, stock confirmation, and inspection where relevant.

Shipping, Inspection, and Return Notes

  • Do not send any warranty parcel to a warehouse, office, or historical return address unless that address was confirmed in writing for your case.
  • If a return for inspection is approved, pack the item securely and include all relevant accessories unless AUTOOL instructs otherwise.
  • Return routing and responsibility for shipping costs are handled based on the specific claim, the inspection result, the product type, and the destination.
  • If inspection shows the issue is outside warranty scope, AUTOOL may offer paid repair options, replacement-part options, or return-shipping options where available.

Because warehouse routing differs by country and product line, written claim instructions always take precedence over any generic address published elsewhere on the website.

Proof of Purchase and Eligibility

Accepted Purchase RecordOrder confirmation, invoice, payment confirmation, or another verifiable record showing product, seller, and purchase date.
Official Store PurchasesProducts purchased directly from shop.autooltech.com can generally be verified fastest by order number and checkout email.
Authorized ResellersIf purchased through an authorized reseller, include the reseller name and purchase record so AUTOOL can review coverage status.
Unavailable ProofIf you cannot provide proof of purchase, AUTOOL may be unable to confirm coverage, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Statutory Rights Notice

This Warranty Policy does not limit any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Depending on your location, those rights may include repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or a legal guarantee of conformity that applies independently of this commercial warranty.

If local law gives you stronger rights than this page, the mandatory legal rule will prevail to the extent required by law.
