AUTOOL meticulously developed the Brake Fluid Bleeder to efficiently and quickly replace automotive brake fluid with high quality. The current lineup includes five models: AST603, AST605, AST609, AST612, and AST618. Among the five brake fluid changers, options ranging from portable to high-end models are available to meet all your needs. The AUTOOL Brake Fluid Exchange Machine requires only one operator for effortless brake fluid replacement. Constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant materials, it offers broad compatibility with various vehicle models. Equipped with a pressure gauge for real-time monitoring, it supports most brake fluid types, including DOT3, DOT4, and DOT5.1 standards. An indispensable helper for your workshop!
AUTOOL Pulsating Brake Fluid Bleeder Working Principle
AUTOOL Brake Fluid Exchanger employs innovative pulse exchange technology, effectively removing impurities from brake lines through high-frequency pulse pressure for significantly enhanced efficiency. Equipped with a large-capacity reservoir, it is compatible with most vehicle models. The system features simple operation—a single button initiates the entire process—making it the ideal choice for repair shops. The AUTOOL Brake Fluid Flushing Machine effectively prevents air bubbles during fluid filling. Compared to traditional pressurized systems, it minimizes or eliminates the need for manual bleeding. This series features robust fluid recovery capabilities, rapidly reclaiming used brake fluid. The intake port incorporates a moisture separator and filter to remove airborne moisture, preventing it from mixing with the fluid. This ensures high-quality fluid replacement and prevents contamination during the process.

How to Choose AST Brake Fluid Replacement Products?
The AST618 supports simultaneous brake fluid replacement for all four wheels, operating at up to 3 bar pressure to deliver sufficient force for the job. If you wish to use the AST612 for a four-wheel fluid change, simply purchase two additional fluid reservoirs to achieve the same goal. The process will be slightly slower than with the AST618.
We recommend purchasing the AST603 or AST605, as both models are comparable in weight.
Both AST612 and AST618 can be connected to a car battery for use. The AST612 can be directly mounted on the vehicle.
You may opt for our more professional and efficient AST618, which is easy to move and can replace brake fluid in four vehicles simultaneously.
Only the AST618 can set the pulse and oil change intervals.

🔔Brake Fluid Bleeder Warm Tips
- When the device leaves the factory, we set the pressure regulator working pressure to 1–1.5 bar to prevent deformation of the liquid storage chamber during fluid replacement and to ensure the tightness of the secondary sealing ring.
- In addition, it is also feasible to exhaust or change the liquid at a lower working pressure by adjusting the pressure and the size switch.
In special circumstances, while operating under a higher working pressure, be aware of the excessive pressure adjustment, which may damage the brake master cylinder of the brake system. - Check each connection for leaks during oil changes, inspect the connecting hose for damage, and keep the new oil filler port clean.
AUTOOL Pulsating Brake Fluid Bleeder Functions
- Utilizing pulsating exchange technology: The AUTOOL brake fluid exchange machine series delivers rapid, efficient, and high-quality brake fluid replacement.
- Operated by a single person: Significantly reduces operational time and labor costs.
- Wide Range of Applications: The AUTOOL AST series is compatible with brake fluid reservoirs for European, American, and Asian vehicles. It works with virtually all vehicles. This device supports DOT3, DOT4, and DOT5.1 brake fluid standards.
- Advantages of Automatic Bleeding: Compared to traditional compression-type brake fluid bleeder devices, the pulsation-type electric brake fluid exchanger prevents air bubbles from forming during fluid refilling. This streamlines the process, eliminating the need for manual bleeding. The AUTOOL AST series also features a robust recovery function for rapid collection of used brake fluid.
- Models available for 12V or household power: Select the 12V model, no need for an external power source—simply connect to the car battery.
- Simultaneous oil change for dual/quad wheels: Models AST609 and above come equipped with at least two waste oil bottles, enabling simultaneous brake fluid replacement for at least two wheels to boost efficiency.
- Three-Year Warranty, Lifetime Maintenance: For damage caused by non-human factors, AUTOOL promises to resend parts for free within 3 years. If you have any problems, please contact us, and we will respond within 24 hours!
FAQs
If the brake fluid bleeder powers on normally but fails to build pressure after pressing the start button, please first open the casing and short-circuit the start button connection wire to check if equipment resumes normal operation. If it operates normally, we will send you a new start button. If the device still fails to start after short-circuiting, check whether the oil pump wiring is receiving power. If the oil pump receives power but still does not start, replace it with a new oil pump.
First, make sure you properly install the adapter on the oil filling hose. If it is, replace it with another adapter to see if brake fluid discharges.
If fluid discharges, the previous adapter is clogged—please provide its part number, and we will send a new one. If fluid does not discharge after replacement, the quick connector is clogged, and we will send a replacement.
In this case, please first check that the oil filling hose is functioning properly. Turn off the brake fluid bleeder and take precautions to prevent brake fluid from spilling. Loosen the quick connector, then turn the equipment on and press the start button to begin building pressure. Adjust the pressure knob to the maximum setting and observe whether the pressure gauge can rise to 3 bar. If the pressure remains low, it indicates a problem with the pump core. We will send you a new pump core. After replacement, the pressure should return to normal.
First, confirm that the power supply works properly and that the power cord is securely connected. Then check the equipment fuse, and replace it with a new 5A fuse if it is blown. If the fuse is normal, use a multimeter to check the internal switch and wiring to determine the exact condition of the equipment’s circuit.
Please take a photo of the exact leak location:
Leakage at the brake fluid bleeder’s connector and the vehicle’s brake fluid reservoir interface: Please verify if the vehicle model and connector are compatible. If the leakage is caused by the connector not sealing properly, please take a photo for confirmation. Once confirmed, we will send you a new brake fluid connector.
Leakage at the quick connector of the equipment’s oil filling hose, please take a photo for confirmation. Once confirmed, we will send you a new quick connector to resolve the leakage issue.
