    AUTOOL OD720 Pneumatic Oil Picker & Oil Pumping Machine uses compressed air to operate a vacuum-generating device designed with patented technology to evacuate transparent measuring cups or oil storage barrels. Therefore, a certain degree of vacuum will generate inside it. Under external air pressure, oil is drawn into a transparent measuring cup or storage barrel via the suction needle.

    It has fast vacuum acquisition speed and strong negative pressure capability. It is a multi-purpose model and can use under no lifting equipment or in trench working conditions.

    ⚠️Warm Tips
    • No smoking or open flames during operation. Keep away from high-temperature, high-pressure, flammable, and explosive areas.
    • Shut off the air supply and inspect for leaks in hoses or components immediately.
    • Waste oil temperature is between 40~60°C, be cautious of burns.
    • During operation, protect your eyes and hands (wearing gloves and safety goggles is recommended).
    • The engine must remain turned off throughout the operation.
    • Strictly prohibited for use with brake oil, gasoline, diesel, and other liquids containing methanol, ketones, or flammable liquids.
    • After completing the equipment operation, release the internal pressure, clean the equipment, and avoid equipment damage and personnel injury due to improper operation.
    • Do not use the equipment for functions not listed in this manual.
    • After extracting waste oil, promptly empty the waste oil from the measuring cup into the storage tank to protect the measuring cup better and extend its service life.

    How To Use AUTOOL OD720 Pneumatic Oil Picker & Oil Pumping Machine

    Installation

    • Install the measuring cup assembly onto the positioning seat of the oil storage barrel in a “clockwise” direction of rotation.
    • Fix the lifting rod and oil pan in a “clockwise” direction of rotation.
    • Fix the measuring cup while ensuring that the direction of the measuring cup assembly is correct.
    • After installation, please make sure that the lifting rod is in a perpendicular position to the equipment.
    • Turn the lifting rod adjustment device counterclockwise to adjust the up and down height of the lifting rod oil pan, and turn it clockwise to tighten.

    Measuring Cup Oil Extraction

    • Press the measuring cup and adjust the valve to the middle slot position (valve closed).
    • Close the oil suction hose valve and connect the oil suction needle to the corresponding model.
    • Connect the air source to the air inlet of the vacuum generator and open the air source valve.
    • The negative pressure gauge needle moves to the rated negative pressure of 50~65cmHg.
    • Insert the oil suction needle into the engine compartment and open the oil suction hose valve to extract waste oil.

    Measuring cup oil draining

    • Drain the waste oil in the measuring cup into the oil storage barrel below.
    • When the oil level in the measuring cup reaches the warning line, please drain the waste oil in the measuring cup.
    • Press and rotate the measuring cup valve to the top left or right slot position (valve open). Waste oil inside the measuring cup will automatically flow into the oil storage tank.
    • To extend the service life of the measuring cup assembly, do not close the oil drain valve of the measuring cup when emptying oil from a non-oil storage barrel.
    • When the waste oil temperature exceeds 60°C, equipment parts may damage!

    Waste oil recovery

    • Use lifting equipment to lift the car to the appropriate height.
    • In a safe workplace, move the equipment under the vehicle engine and align the oil pan with the engine oil drain hole.
    • Unscrew the vehicle’s engine oil drain plug.
    • The waste oil discharge into the oil storage barrel through the oil receiving pan.

    • Close the measuring cup and press the valve.
    • Close the oil drain pipe valve.
    • Close the oil drum air inlet valve.
    • Connect the air source to the oil drum air inlet valve.
    • Open the oil tank inlet valve and pressurize it. Once it reaches a certain pressure, the check valve will automatically close. When the pressure inside the oil tank exceeds 1.0 bar, the safety valve will automatically release the pressure.
    • After 5 seconds, slowly open the oil drain pipe valve to drain the oil.
    • After draining the oil, please cut off the air source.
