By accessing, browsing, or using shop.autooltech.com (the “Website”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Payment & Billing Terms, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

  • These Terms apply to all visitors, browsers, registered users, and customers of the Website.
  • If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website or place any orders.
  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • AUTOOL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We recommend checking this page before placing new orders.

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction, the mandatory legal provision shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

2. Website Use & Conduct

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Website in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Website.

  • You must not use the Website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, databases, or any connected networks or systems.
  • You must not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • You must not use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Website or extract data without prior written permission from AUTOOL.
  • You must not engage in any fraudulent activity, including submitting false orders, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity.
  • You must not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website or any related services.
  • You must not use the Website to transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam.

AUTOOL reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us under law.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the Website may require you to create an account or provide personal information during checkout. When you create an account or provide information to us, you agree to the following:

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout, and keep your account information up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify AUTOOL immediately at shop@autooltech.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • AUTOOL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • You must not create accounts in another person’s name or use another person’s account without their explicit permission.
  • AUTOOL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period, used in breach of these Terms, or associated with fraudulent activity.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through your account, including shipping addresses, billing details, and contact information. Errors in this information may result in delays, failed deliveries, or order cancellations.

4. Orders & Purchases

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by AUTOOL. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed only when your payment has been successfully authorized and your order has been accepted for processing.

  • Order confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when payment is authorized and the order is processed for fulfillment.
  • Pricing errors: We make every effort to ensure that prices displayed on the Website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
  • Stock availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an ordered product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, we will inform you promptly and either arrange a backorder (with your consent), offer a suitable alternative, or issue a full refund.
  • Order cancellation by AUTOOL: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: obvious listing errors, suspected fraud, stock shortages, export or import restrictions, sanctions compliance, or where we are unable to verify your payment or identity information.
  • Order limits: AUTOOL reserves the right to limit the quantity of products purchased per person, per household, or per order, particularly for promotional or discounted items.
  • Export restrictions: Certain products may be subject to export control laws and regulations. AUTOOL may refuse to fulfill orders where shipment would violate applicable export restrictions or trade sanctions.

If your order is cancelled by AUTOOL for any of the above reasons, any payment already received will be refunded in full using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Product Information & Accuracy

AUTOOL strives to provide accurate and complete product descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, and other details on the Website. However, we do not warrant that all product information is entirely error-free, complete, or current at all times.

  • Product photographs are intended to be representative but may not reflect exact color, scale, or finish due to screen display variations, lighting, and photography conditions.
  • Packaging, accessories, and bundled items may vary by region, production batch, or supplier without prior notice, provided core product functionality is maintained.
  • Compatibility information is provided for general reference. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that a product is suitable for their intended application before purchasing.
  • Technical specifications and feature descriptions may be updated by manufacturers without notice. AUTOOL will update product listings as promptly as reasonably practicable when changes come to our attention.
  • Minor differences between the product received and the listing (such as slight color variation or updated packaging) do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation unless they materially affect the product’s function or purpose.

If you discover a material discrepancy between a product received and its listing, please contact us at shop@autooltech.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the applicable currency as indicated at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include taxes, duties, or shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.

  • AUTOOL reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.
  • Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to specific terms, availability periods, and usage limits, and may be withdrawn or modified at AUTOOL’s discretion.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout using one of the accepted payment methods displayed on the Website.
  • AUTOOL does not store your complete payment card details. All payment processing is handled by trusted third-party payment service providers.
  • If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You may retry with an alternative payment method or contact your payment provider for assistance.
  • For orders shipped internationally, the recipient may be responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are not collected by AUTOOL and are outside our control.

For full details on accepted payment methods, currency, billing, and transaction security, please refer to our Payment & Billing Terms.

7. Shipping & Delivery

AUTOOL ships products to destinations as described in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on factors outside our direct control including carrier performance, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

  • Risk of loss and title for products purchased from the Website pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. AUTOOL is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • Tracking information will be provided where available. Delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes evidence of delivery.
  • If a package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and assist you.
  • Certain products may not be available for shipment to all destinations due to size, weight, hazardous material classification, export controls, or carrier restrictions.

For complete information on shipping methods, estimated timeframes, costs, and destination coverage, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns & Refunds

AUTOOL offers returns and refunds in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law. The following is a summary only; the full policy governs all returns and refund claims.

  • Products may be returned within the applicable return window, provided they meet the return conditions specified in our Return & Refund Policy (such as being unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included).
  • Certain product categories may be excluded from returns for hygiene, safety, or technical reasons, as described in the Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, please contact us within a reasonable time. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer except where the return is due to our error, a defective product, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory return, refund, repair, or replacement rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including EU/EEA rights of withdrawal and legal guarantee of conformity. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, product images, photographs, logos, icons, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, page layouts, software, and underlying source code — is owned by AUTOOL or used with the permission of the respective rights holders, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Trademarks: AUTOOL, the AUTOOL logo, and other marks, logos, and brand identifiers displayed on the Website are trademarks or registered trademarks of AUTOOL or their respective owners. You may not use any of these marks without prior written permission.

This license does not include the right to collect, aggregate, copy, duplicate, display, or create derivative works from Website content.
  • Prohibited use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Website content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of AUTOOL, except as permitted by applicable law (such as fair use or fair dealing provisions).
  • User-submitted content: If you submit any content to the Website (such as product reviews, comments, photos, or feedback), you grant AUTOOL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Website and our business. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
  • Copyright complaints: If you believe that any content on the Website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at shop@autooltech.com with a detailed description of the alleged infringement, and we will investigate and respond in accordance with applicable law.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services that are not owned or controlled by AUTOOL. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only.

  • AUTOOL does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices, products, or services of any third-party websites or services.
  • Your interactions with third-party websites and services are governed solely by the terms and policies of those third parties. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.
  • AUTOOL shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services.
  • The inclusion of any link does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by AUTOOL unless explicitly stated.

If you access third-party services through the Website (such as payment processors, shipping carriers, or social media platforms), your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and all content, products, and services available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • AUTOOL does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • AUTOOL does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information, content, or materials on the Website.
  • To the extent permitted by law, AUTOOL, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website.
  • Where permitted by applicable law, AUTOOL’s total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Website or any product purchased through it shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

Important: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. All mandatory consumer protections remain fully in effect.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AUTOOL, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of or access to the Website in violation of these Terms.
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Website.
  • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity conducted through your account.
  • Your negligent or wrongful acts or omissions in connection with the Website.

This indemnification obligation applies only to the extent permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction. In jurisdictions where consumer indemnification clauses are restricted or prohibited, this section shall apply only to the extent legally permissible. Nothing in this section overrides any mandatory consumer protection rights.

13. Mandatory Consumer Protections

AUTOOL respects and upholds mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any statutory rights that consumers are entitled to under applicable consumer protection legislation, including but not limited to:

  • EU/EEA rights: Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area retain all statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal (cooling-off period), the legal guarantee of conformity for goods, and the right to remedies (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund) for non-conforming products as provided under applicable EU directives and national legislation.
  • Statutory guarantees: Where applicable law provides statutory guarantees or warranties regarding product quality, fitness for purpose, or conformity with description, those guarantees apply in full regardless of any terms stated on this page.
  • Unfair contract terms: Any provision of these Terms that would be deemed unfair, unconscionable, or void under applicable consumer protection law shall be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms.
  • Right to remedies: Nothing in these Terms limits your right to seek remedies available under applicable law, including through small claims courts, consumer ombudsmen, or alternative dispute resolution bodies.
  • Non-waiver: Your statutory consumer rights cannot be waived by agreement. To the extent any provision of these Terms purports to limit or exclude a mandatory consumer right, that provision shall be unenforceable to that extent.

Where local law grants stronger rights than those described in these Terms, the mandatory legal rights will always prevail. If you are unsure about your rights, we encourage you to contact your local consumer protection authority.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to AUTOOL’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

  • Consumer jurisdiction: If you are a consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of that right where applicable law so provides.
  • Dispute resolution: AUTOOL encourages customers to contact us first at shop@autooltech.com to resolve any disputes informally. Many issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
  • Alternative dispute resolution: For consumers in the EU/EEA, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. AUTOOL may or may not be obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution through this platform, depending on applicable law.
  • Limitation period: Any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms must be brought within the time limits prescribed by applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any rights available to you under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

15. Modifications to Terms

AUTOOL reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, which may include:

  • Posting the revised Terms on this page with a clearly updated effective date.
  • Displaying a notice on the Website for a reasonable period after the change.
  • Sending an email notification to registered account holders for material changes, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Website.

Changes to these Terms will not apply retroactively to orders already accepted and confirmed before the changes took effect, except where required by law.

16. Severability & General Provisions

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Payment & Billing Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and AUTOOL regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and AUTOOL.
  • No waiver: The failure of AUTOOL to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by AUTOOL.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of AUTOOL. AUTOOL may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Force majeure: AUTOOL shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, power failures, or internet outages.
  • Headings: Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
