Trouble 1: Can’t spray the test solution when testing?

1. First, please check whether the test liquid is filled to the specified position, the liquid is not enough will lead to the equipment can not produce normal pressure, add to the normal position after continuously press the pressurized button to see whether the pressure gauge has changed.
2. If the pressure gauge shows that there is pressure, but the equipment still does not inject oil, you need to check whether the injector pulse line is connected reliably. If the connection is loose, please re-plug and try again to see if the test fluid can be injected.
3. If there is connected to the nozzle, or not spraying oil, you need to assist the oil pump will be removed to test whether it is normal.

Trouble 2: Can’t turn on the computer?

2. After confirming that the oil drain switch is correct, please check whether there is any strong corrosive test liquid added, especially whether the cleaning agent has been added. This is because corrosive liquids can cause changes in the internal piping seals.
3. If you add corrosive liquids, you need to dismantle the cover plate under the glass tube to see if the gasket inside is deformed or swollen.

Trouble 6: ultrasonic injector cleaner machine does not work when turned on?

The following two situations exist:

Scenario 2: The difference between the test results is large, you need to eliminate the problem step by step.
1. first determine whether the problem is the injector itself or the pulse line, the main board and the fuel distributor. 2. confirm which glass tube injector is the problem, and the difference is 2mm.
2. Confirm which glass tube has abnormal injection volume, for example, in this case, the No. 4 and No. 6 glass tube flow is abnormal, the other is normal. Select the normal glass tubes #1 and #2 as a control to confirm the problem. 3.
3. There are two possibilities:
Possibility 1: Swap No. 1 and No. 2 injectors to No. 4 and No. 6 position for testing, if the measurement result is still a small amount of No. 4 and No. 6 glass tube oil injection, this may be the case that the pulse line and the control motherboard problems, or the oil distributor has an abnormality, resulting in abnormal output. If the measurement result becomes No.1 and No.2 with less oil injection, then it is caused by the problem of the injector itself.
Possibility 2: Swap the No.1 and No.2 pulse line to No.4 and No.6 position for testing, if it becomes No.1 and No.2 spray volume becomes less, it is the pulse line and the main board problem, if it is still No.4-6 position spray volume is less, it is the problem of the fuel distributor.
